Connect Your Hardware & Start Farming
Launch Phone Box Farm from your desktop or Start Menu. Connect your A20 / P20 / P30 / X80 box via USB (serial) or network cable, and click Port Scan (or enable Auto Scan). When the device appears in the Device List, click its connect button — you're ready to start managing 20 channels of phone farm greatness.

Common Download & Install Issues
Windows SmartScreen says the app is unrecognized. Is it safe?
Yes, Phone Box Farm is 100% safe. Code-signing certificates cost hundreds of dollars per year, and we'd rather spend that on improving the software and keeping it free. To install: click "More info" in the SmartScreen dialog, then click "Run anyway". You can also verify the MD5 checksum on the download card to ensure the file hasn't been tampered with.
The installer won't open — missing DLL error?
Install the Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2022 Redistributable (x86 + x64) from Microsoft's official website. Phone Box Farm depends on these standard system libraries. After installing the VC++ runtime, reboot and re-run the Phone Box Farm setup.
How do I uninstall Phone Box Farm?
Open Windows Settings → Apps → Installed apps, search for "Phone Box Farm", and click Uninstall. The uninstaller removes all program files but preserves your configuration file (config.json) in %APPDATA% so you don't lose settings on reinstall. Delete that file manually for a clean wipe.
